My favorite meditations

Below you find a number of meditations that I listen to frequently. I can never emphasize enough how meditation can positively change your state of mind and therefore your life. Is it that simple? Yes it is. Just give it a try.

Give yourself 15 to 30 minutes a day to find your balance again, release stress. When your thinking stops, you can receive ideas, messages, inspiration and so on. You restore the connection with your heart. The connection with your Higher Self, your spirit guides, your intuition is no longer blocked when you clear your mind.

Every time you have the feeling that you are stuck is the perfect moment to meditate. Feeling stuck means that you are living in your head instead of living from your heart. Your head, your thoughts often run around in circles, that is why you feel stuck and probably tired. When you return to your heart energy you know exactly what you should do. And you can accomplish this within 15 to 30 minutes. It is such a great gift for yourself! I love this quote:

“You should sit in meditation for twenty minutes everyday - unless you're too busy; then you should sit for an hour.”

Meditating is good for your body, mind and soul. Studies show that it improves your health. Just like daydreaming. When you daydream you release stress and you are also visualizing what you want. What you can visualize, can become your reality. So daydream as often as you can.

I recently discovered ELAN channeled by Andrew Bayak. I am truly amazed that ELAN sounds so identical like BASHAR, channeled by Darryl Anka - the manner of talking and the messages. I am very grateful I found all these great channelers like Esther Hicks-Abraham, Bashar, Barbara Marciniak and now Elan.

I like to do this meditation when I have had a very busy day or when the energies in the cosmos are a bit overwhelming. I notice that I also choose this meditation just before and during a full moon. Some people do not feel the effect of a full moon and others do. I love her calm voice and the music she uses.
